More Michigan Adventures

We hung out in Michigan for a few days this summer, too!

We went to Michigan Adventure again, like we did two years ago. Everybody had a blast—Claire and Mia were able to go on a lot more rides this year, and Elsa could do almost everything!

I recall Claire being none too thrilled with this kiddy roller coaster last time we were here. This year, she thoroughly enjoyed it.

The kids really loved these planes, which were new since we were last here.

Of course, our Michigan Adventure visit was followed by a birthday celebration for these two birthday kiddos.

 And we had a celebration at home the next day as well.

Note the addition of a broken arm between yesterday's pictures and today's. Mia fell off a scooter while all the kids were playing on the driveway. What is it about broken bones while we're at the Shaffers?

 Elsa got exactly what she wanted for her birthday—a Groovy Girl doll.

Plus Groovy Girl horse, Groovy Girl bed, etc. etc. ...
