Discovering Discovery World. And How Old Mommy Is.

Elsa had a day off from school recently, so we ventured out to Milwaukee's newish science museum and aquarium, Discovery World. It's a beautiful place right on the lake, with plenty of interesting things to look at.

Elsa liked the flight simulator.

They loved this thing, whatever it is.

A definite highlight was coming across this strange relic called a "phone booth." Of course the girls were mystified why such a thing was ever needed. After explaining it, I felt really really old. : )
